Cafe Wha Band
Pros: I really can't say enough good things about Cafe Wha from working with them to get the contract signed to their performance that night they were just amazing. Always responsive to emails, took care of us when we went to see them in the city, and learned new songs for our wedding and price wise I thought they were reasonable for the talent & number of pieces we got (in the same price range as Ariel Entertainment). In my mind they really made our reception. They sounded amazing from Frank Sinatra to Salt n Peppa, MH and I were just blown away. They also provided the lighting.
One of the great things about going with a non-traditional wedding band/bar band like Cafe Wha is that you can go see them perform unannounced on a random night in front of an audience. We saw a lot of show cases for typical wedding bands and IMO it's just not the same vibe/experience. At staged showcases I never really got a sense of how the band would interact/engage the crowd IRL which I think is an important part of choosing a band.
Cons: I honestly can't think of any. If I was grading vendors I think this one would get one of those annoying A+++++++++
